RETURN POLICY:
You have 20 days from the date of delivery to decide whether you want to keep the purchased items or return them.
- Make sure items are in their original condition and all tags are attached. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the returned goods or refund you.
- If you have lost the label of the article, contact me by phone, yalie-cherie.com can be an exception.
- A return slip for the package will be sent to you by email, which you must print and affix to the package clearly so that the delivery of the package is properly executed.
- The return carrier will be chosen by yalie-cherie.com, generally by Relais Colis/Mondial Relay for France and Colissimo for foreign countries.
The return service guarantees reimbursement in the event of theft during delivery; these additional costs are borne free of charge by yalie-cherie.com.
We normally process returns within 2 working days of receipt.
Once your refund has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation email.
Refunds will be made on items returned in accordance with the instructions above. In case of anomalies, the package will be returned to you.
REFUNDS:
Generally, returns are validated within 2 working days of their arrival at my headquarters. Once your return has been validated, we will immediately request a refund and send you a confirmation email.
The processing time for refunds varies depending on the payment method used.
Store deposit: The refunded amount will be available within 24 hours from the date of sending the confirmation email, in the form of a purchase coupon with a personal and unique code. An email will be sent to you to apply the coupon code to make a new purchase. This single coupon equals the total value of your refund or, at your option, under several coupons equals the total sum of your refund.
Credit card: My bank will process the refund within 7 business days of sending the confirmation email. Then, the time it takes to re-credit your credit card will depend on your card company.
PayPal: the refund will be visible on your PayPal account within 24 hours from the date of sending the confirmation email.
Cash payment on hand-delivery:
- The refund will be made by bank transfer to the account or credit card used if the payment was made by my SumUp payment terminal. It will be visible on the account within 1 to 5 working days from the date of sending the confirmation email. Please ensure that you have a registered bank account in the same country where you placed your order otherwise this may cause longer delays. For security reasons, I am not authorized to make the refund to a different account.
- Or by cash 💰 if an appointment is organized in Paris for the return of items by hand only if the purchase was made in cash.
